Harbor Country Real Estate Update

January market data has just been released, and confirms that 2012 is off to a strong start. Units sold Brigman to New Buffalo are up 31% over last year. Average sales price is up 88% over last January, but most importantly dollar volume is up 146%. Most price points are seeing activity now, including a continued interest for Lake Michigan frontage. The high end continues to move, and savvy buyers are getting some great deals! The mild winter has been a plus, and is sure to be a factor in the increased activity.
